Coming from Winnipeg?
Our farm is located south of Sanford, 12 minutes southwest of the perimeter on Hwy 3.

Take Hwy #3 from Oak Bluff to Sanford (about 10 minutes).

Cross the bridge over the LaSalle River (after the carwash).

Follow the curve of Hwy #3, then take your next left after the bridge (there will be a blue highway sign).
Do not turn toward Sanford. (This road will say “Road Closed. Bridge Out.”) -
Continue south (gravel) 1.5 miles until the stop sign.

At the stop sign, turn left and go 1 mile east until you see the farm on your right.
Please do not trust your GPS.
We recommend Google maps.
But Google will send you down dirt roads, great caution is advised.
Coming from the
South East?
(approx 1hr from Steinbach)

When coming from Hwy 59, take Hwy 305 to St. Agathe.

Cross Hwy 75 and continue on 305 to 330.

Turn right on 330 and travel north one mile to the junction with 305.

Turn left onto 305 and go west (approx) 2 miles.

Turn right onto Road 3E – Pitura Rd.- there is a sign for “Pitura Seeds” at the corner.

Take this road north 6 miles until gravel ends (stop sign, but no road marker).

Turn left on Road 46N and travel (approx) 2 miles until junction with Hwy 3.

Turn left on Hwy 3, cross bridge over the LaSalle River.

Take your first left. This road will say “Road Closed. Bridge Out.”

Continue south (approx) 1.5 miles until stop sign.

Turn left, travel east one mile until you see the farm on your right.
Coming from the Winkler area?
(approx 1hr from Winkler)

Take Hwy 3 north to Carman.

Continue on Hwy 3 northeast toward Winnipeg.

After Brunkild, at the first turn-off to Sanford, turn right (south). The sign will say “Road Closed. Bridge Out.”

Continue south (approx) 1.5 miles until stop sign.

Turn left, travel east one mile until you see the farm on your right.
